The walls are already provided with a base plaster, a smooth plaster would still have to be applied.

All walls are made solid with 15cm thick walls with reinforced concrete intermediate supports, as so common here. Room height is about 2.80m.


The bathroom and the floor (tiles) can be designed according to your taste.

Electrical is also already installed so that only the switches and sockets must be set.

Water is directly connected to the house, telephone, TV and Internet is on the street, after signing a contract with a local provider you have the connection within 14 days, usually even earlier.

Skilled workers are available for the completion, or you can finish it yourself. All the necessary materials are delivered on request.

I own the property since 1998, on which I have other properties, partly also for sale (Casa Rustico, a wooden house made of tropical wood as well as Casa Colonial, approx. 150sqm Wfl. with beautiful patio with garden part, and Casa Moringa 100sqm on 830sqm own property next door).

Location of the property near Google image. Approx 1km to the beach, about 10 minutes walk.
